Since her days on "7th Heaven," Jessica Biel has gone on to appear in several films including "I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry," "Valentine's Day," "The A-Team," "New Year's Eve" and "Hitchco*ck." In 2017, the Ely, Minnesota, native began starring on the USA Network limited television series "The Sinner," which she also executive produced. Jessica earned Golden Globe and Primetime Emmy nominations for outstanding lead actress in a limited series or movie for her work on the show. She also executive produced the buzzy 2021 show "Cruel Summer." In 2022, she began starring on the Hulu true crime miniseries "Candy" as the titular Texas woman who was accused of murdering her best friend in the '80s. Jessica romanced "7th Heaven" co-star Adam LaVorgna from 1998 to 2001 and "Avengers" actor Chris Evans from 2001 to 2006 and went on to marry former boybander Justin Timberlake in 2012. The pair have since welcomed two sons: Silas in 2015 and Phineas in 2020.

Beverley Mitchell portrayed the second daughter in the Camden family, Lucy, who was known for her melodramatic ways.

_

After "7th Heaven," Beverley Mitchell went on to portray Kaitlin O'Malley on "The Secret Life of the American Teenager" from 2011 to 2013. She later played herself from 2017 to 2018 on the comedy series "Hollywood Darlings" alongside Jodie Sweetin and Christine Lakin. In 2020, she appeared in the made-for-television film "Candy Cane Christmas" as Phoebe Saunders. Since 2008, she's been married to Michael Cameron, with whom she shares three children. Beverly and Jessica Biel have remained close friends since their "7th Heaven" days.

Mackenzie Rosman played Ruthie Camden, the youngest daughter in the Camden family.

_

Since starring as Ruthie Camden on "7th Heaven," Mackenzie Rosman has kept a relatively low profile. She appeared in the films "The Tomb," "Fading of the Cries," "Nightcomer" and Beneath" and the Syfy television series "Ghost Shark." From 2010 to 2011, she was on four episodes of ABC's "The Secret Life of the American Teenager." The avid horse rider also founded Fletch Athletica, which sells equestrian equipment and is known for an accessory called the Doli Belt, which can holster tools as well as snacks to reward horses.

Matt Camden (left) — the eldest child in the Camden family — was played by Barry Watson.

_

After portraying Matt Camden on "7th Heaven," Barry Watson — who battled Hodgkin's lymphoma toward the end of his run on the show — landed main roles on the short-lived television shows "What About Brian" and "Samantha Who?" He had a recurring role as Steven Spence — Serena Van Der Woodsen's love interest — on The CW's "Gossip Girl" in 2012 and also popped up on "Hart of Dixie" and "Masters of Sex." In 2019, he appeared in the family film "A Dog's Way Home" alongside Bryce Dallas Howard and Ashley Judd. In 2022, he began starring on Ava DuVernay's superhero drama series "Naomi." As for his personal life? Barry was previously married to Laura Payne-Gabriel from 1996 to 2002 and Tracy Hutson — one of the original style consultants on "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" — from 2006 to 2011. They share sons Oliver and Felix. In 2014, he married actress Natasha Gregson Wagner (she's the daughter of late actress Natalie Wood). They share a daughter, Clover.

_

David Gallagher played Simon Camden, the Camden family's fourth child who was known for his love of money.

_

Not so little anymore! David Gallagher showed up on several television shows including "Numb3rs," "Bones," "Without a Trace," "Smallville," "The Vampire Diaries" and "Criminal Minds" after starring on "7th Heaven." The New York City native, who last popped up on an episode of "S.W.A.T." in 2020 — but hasn't hit a red carpet since 2011 (seen here) — also lent his voice to Riku in the "Kingdom Hearts" video games. Next up, he'll portray Joe Keller on the crime series "D.P.D. Echo 1."

_

Meet the parents! Catherine Hicks and Stephen Collins portrayed the matriarch and patriarch of the Camden family.

_

Catherine Hicks was already an established actress before joining the "7th Heaven" cast — she earned an Emmy nomination for her portrayal of Marilyn Monroe in 1980's "Marilyn: The Untold Story" — and she kept working when the show ended, appearing in the films "Ghost Phone: Phone Calls from the Dead," "Dorfman in Love" and "The Dog Who Saved Easter." She's also been in the television movies "Borderline Murder," "A Christmas Wedding Tail," "Win, Lose, or Love" and "Honeymoon From Hell." Catherine is still married to special effects makeup artist Kevin Yagher, with whom she shares one child.

_

Stephen Collins went on to appear on other television shows including ABC's "No Ordinary Family" and NBC's "Revolution." However, in 2014 (seen here), he admitted to having engaged in "inappropriate sexual conduct with three female minors" in the years 1973, 1982 and 1994. Since then, his career has plummeted.

_

Ashlee Simpson played Cecilia Smith, Simon's girlfriend.

_

Following her recurring role on "7th Heaven," Ashlee Simpson launched a solo music career. While working on her debut studio album, Jessica Simpson's younger sister starred on her own MTV series, "The Ashlee Simpson Show," from 2004 to 2005. "Autobiography," her debut studio album that featured the breakthrough single "Pieces of Me," was released in 2004. In 2005, she released her second studio album, "I Am Me," which hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and was certified platinum by the RIAA. In addition to portraying Roxie Hart in a West End production of "Chicago," she released her third album, "Bittersweet World," in 2008. Ashlee was previously married to Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz from 2008 to 2011 (they share son Bronx) and in 2014 wed actor Evan Ross, whose mother is famed Motown singer Diana Ross. Ashlee and Evan — who released the EP "Ashlee + Evan" in 2018 and co-starred on a short-lived reality show together — share daughters Ziggy and Jagger.

_

Adam LaVorgna played Robbie Palmer, a youth who lived with the Camdens when he became homeless and went on to date both Mary and Lucy.

_

Since "7th Heaven," Adam LaVorgna has appeared on episodes of television shows including "Law & Order: Trial by Jury," "Law & Order: Criminal Intent," "Cold Case" and "CSI: Miami." According to his Instagram bio, Adam — who's seen here after receiving his COVID-19 vaccination in 2021 — is now a naturopathic medical student at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

_

Sandy Jameson — Simon's (David Gallagher) fiancée — was portrayed by Haylie Duff.

_

Haylie Duff — the older sister of "Lizzie McGuire" and "How I Met Your Father" actress Hilary Duff — has since appeared in several made-for-television films including "Slightly Single in L.A.," "The Wedding Pact," "A Belle for Christmas," "Badge of Honor," "The Bachelor Next Door" and 2022's "The Baby Pact." In 2012, she started the cooking blog "Real Girl's Kitchen," which was turned into a Cooking Channel show in 2014 — the same year she got engaged to Matt Rosenberg. The pair share two daughters, Ryan and Lulu.
