  On 11/02/2022, Ibought two Magnolia Coco plants from C&J Gardening Center. One was ina 7gallon container and the other ina 15gallon container. Both plants looked very healthy. The 7gallon plant had one flowerbud, while the 15gallon container had two flower buds. Iwas more partial tothe 15gallon plant because itwas lush with alot ofhealthy leaves. The plants are abit pricey, but with the free delivery and the limited availability ofthese hard-to-find Magnolia Coco plants locally available inSouthern California, itis well worth itto buy them from C&J Gardening Center.   They offer alot more online than they doin store and Iwanted tosee the plants before Itake them. They were able totransfer myorder totheir shop for meto see and pickup, which worked out forme. The guy working there was nice and knowledgeable. Notbad. Iwould buy from here again.

  I went tothe nursery 2xand bought atleast 5trees each time. Each time Iwent there, the staff was very helpful and they showed meeverything that Iasked. Since Ilive near Magic Mountain, it’s far for meto gothere each time soI started totext the staff toorder what Iwant. They willing totake all the pictures ofthe trees that Iasked, even more than 6trees. Iasked them tochoose the best trees for meand delivered tome. They delivered ontime asthey promised and they put the trees where Iwant the tree tobe.

  really rally bad experience. iordered 3planets total cost for the 3planets around $500. the ireceived 3dead planets, iwas soshocked soi contact them they answered inthe same day (auto reply message) they sent mea questioner, ifilled itout. they reply was soLiam and istuck with 3dead planets itcost me$500. DONOT BUY from them ifyou care about your money.

  Quite sad toshare myfeeling about c&J nursery center
  I bought Longan tree and Manzanita tree back inMarch 2022. Both ofthem had not grown since bought and eventually died.
  No return refund service provided. C& Jmaking you feel All customer fault!! They claimed that their trees were healthy when delivery tome. They were OKbut not growing.
  I have taking care hundreds ofplants inmy garden, notree ever died but two from C&J.
  Don’t you Think this isquality problem?

The plants that were delivered toyou back inearly March 2022was ingood health and condition asdemonstrated inthe delivery photos taken atthe time ofdelivery. Iam sorry that weare unable tomeet your demands for anexchange ofplants that are not performing well nearly half ayear later.

    Our plants are living specimens, and like all living things, require continued maintenance and care tocontinue being ingood health

    and condition. The healthy conditions these plants were delivered inwere aresult ofthe daily care our foreman provided tothem. The deterioration oftheir health during the 6months after delivery can only beexplained bythe sub-optimal care they received within those 6months.

    With hundreds ofplants under your care and only 2that have ever died, your experience and track record far exceeds that ofour foreman orany foreman that weknow across all our suppliers and growers. Ifour plants are ofpoor quality, our foreman would have had avery difficult time properly caring for them and maintaining retail quality health and condition asour foreman's horticulture skills are not superior when compared with yours.

    We provide anonline support service toall customers that reach out tous and not only those who purchased fromus. Our goal with this service isto provide tips and insight tothe community onwhat our foreman would dowhen faced with certain gardening problems orsituations. However, the responsibility ofyour plant's health still belongs towhomever isproviding them daily care.

  We were looking for some trees for anew landscaping project and found C&J Gardening Center online. Iwent inlooking for some trees orflowers, but soon found their whole fruit tree sections!! They have trees for fruits Ihave only ever seen inmarkets. Inever knew wecould buy trees for all these Asian fruits! Their staff was very helpful over the phone and through emails. Ordered and delivered. Will definitely order again. Very happy.

  delivered $600+ ofhalf dead trees; rose apple tree delivered with 15+ grubs inthepot, having eaten the roots the root ball toa stub; tree has since died; purple plum trees were very thin, partially leaved, and are not doing well; c&j refused arefund since delivery was aweek earlier than ireported the problem; credit card company said irefused their return pickup… alie; Ioffered todrive the trees totheir facility, but they refused, and ceased communication with me; horrible nursery!; donot purchase from them.

  We went out looking attrees trying toget anidea ofwhat tree weshould put inour. back yard. All tooften employees atnursery’s orthe big box retailers don’t really understand horticulture. AtCJ’s they know about plants and trees snd can answer your questions. The owners recently bought the site from the old owner who retired. Fortunately, The new owner had anursery inLA County sothey have the experience and this isnot anew endeavor.
  The only drawback isright now they only have trees, and lots ofthem, but they will order what you want. Intime Ihope they have asupply ofall kinds ofplants.
  They have awebsite and will even answer questions that you email them.

  The nursery ison Grove but it’s inan area where people might not normally look for anursery.

  The staff isvery helpful!!
  I encourage you toshop there when looking for trees and hopefully any plant that you may belookingfor.
